Exchange Guarantee
Our primary objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your bracelet purchase.
For all Varovsky Jewelry bracelets bought on www.varovsky.eu, we provide a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee'. You have a 30-day period (starting from the day of receipt) to return the bracelet(s). To qualify for a refund, the arovsky Jewelry bracelet(s) must be returned with the original tags still attached in the box, and they should show no signs of usage.
Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a full refund, deducting a $15 restocking fee per bracelet. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please be aware that, as we offer custom-made products, we are not legally obligated to provide refunds. However, we value customer satisfaction above all else, which is why we offer the '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee'!

We recommend using an insured delivery method with a required signature when returning your bracelet. Kindly send an email to hello@varovsky.eu regarding your refund request, including your order number.
